Can I bring my own catering or alcohol?
Our internal catering and beverage services are the exclusive provider of all catering services on property. Clients are required to commit to a minimum catering and beverage expenditure prior to applicable taxes and fees. Our food and beverage minimum requirement varies based on the day of the week and event space.
How can the venue be decorated?
Flowers, greenery, lighting, candles in votives, signs, photos, etc are popular selections. Nails, command strips, birdseed, rice, confetti, glitter, tape and silly string are prohibited. All décor must be removed within one hour of events ending.
Is there handicap access?
Yes! All our spaces are handicap accessible.
Can I come tour the venue spaces?
The space is available for tours by appointment only. Due to the nature of the event industry, tours are scheduled during the week. Please email events@sophiaseventvenue.com to schedule your tour!
